VireGym Lehmo

VireGym Lehmo is a small, cozy and multi­func­tional gym that offers training oppor­tu­ni­ties for both begin­ners and long-term fitness enthusiasts. VireGym’s purpose is to provide a low-thres­hold local gym where everyone is welcome, regard­less of their fitness level or training background. The space has under­gone a complete renova­tion in early 2024, combi­ning several small commercial spaces into one larger space. VireGym has around 120m² of space on the gym side. In addition to this, the space includes both men’s and women’s changing rooms, one shared shower and two toilets.

The gym is open daily from 04.00 to 24.00 for self-training. The door can be opened using a phone app or a separate key, which can be purchased from customer services. The purchase of your own personal account is easily done through the VireGym online shop and the app downloaded from the app store allows you to start your workout immediately.

The gym offers a compre­hen­sive range of weight-specific gym equip­ment, cable machines and free weights. A wide range of aerobic equip­ment is available for warm-ups and aerobic workouts. Profes­sional coaching services are also available to help with gym training, lifes­tyle changes and nutri­tional coaching.
